TinyPort Registration
                         =====================


Thank you for considering to register TinyPort.

After registration, you will receive (normally by e-mail) a registration
number that can remove the 60 days time limit built into TinyPort. You are
allowed to distribute TinyPort and this registration number together with your
programs. There will be no royalties as long as you ensure that no more than
50 instances of your programs will be using TinyPort at the same time.

Please read the file LICENSE.TXT carefully to learn more about the terms of
the license.

The registration fee is 115 DM, which as of this writing (November 96) is
equivalent to about $75. Customers in Germany as well as customers in the
European Community without a VAT number will have to add 15% VAT. (Prices
guaranteed through June, 1997.)

There are several ways to pay:

- in DM by

   - Mastercard/Eurocard (the preferred way for customers outside of Germany)
   - Eurocheque
   - money transfer to our account

- in US dollars by bank check
